A very caring and professional lady, taking a very close interest in my treatment . the treatment i received was first class and hopefully I am on the road to recovery , this is due to Tracey Ellis and team who work together to give their patients the best care possible.they are all a credit to the NHS Thank you very much.
Tracey is very friendly and talks in layman terms that is easy to understand. She has a very calm manner that instantly puts you at ease. She takes time to really listen to what you have to say and is very clear about involving you in your ongoing treatment plan.
We received good news on this visit, but if things hadn't been good, I would trust that she would have been very empathetic.
Having undergone treatment for prostate cancer at the ROSEMERE Cancer centre in Preston Hospital under Dr Tracey Ellis and her team, i can say that i was put at ease by the care and professionalism of everyone involved. From meeting Dr Ellis who explained everything regarding my treatment from the very start, to the review halfway through and meeting Dr Ellis when my main treatment was over Dr Ellis explained that they will continue to monitor me for some time to come.
My treatment for prostate cancer at the Rosemere Cancer Centre, overseen by Mrs Tracey Ellis, was beyond exceptional. Her team of hardworking, kind, sensitive, always cheerful, consumate professionals, make what is a traumatic situation run as smooth and gentle as possible.
I for one have nothing but the highest regard for the wonderful work they do, saving lives day in and day out.
For me, my experience was 100% satisfaction.
I had recently been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and had the option to have surgery or radiation treatment. Having listened to both options I decided on radiation treatment. I had meetings with Mrs Tracey Ellis’s and her nurse Andrew Hunnisett who were both first class and very professional. They both spent a good deal of time explaining the procedures and possible outcomes of this treatment. They reassured both me and my wife who was present at these meetings that this was my preferred option and best for me at my age 73. Andrew was only a phone call away from further questions both of us need to have answered. I have now undertaken 20 Sessions of radiation and my PSA level has dropped considerably. The staff at radio therapy unit RPH were brilliant and put me at ease. The treatment appears to be working and I cannot thank everyone involved enough for their professionalism and kindness you all are brilliant.
Mrs Tracey Ellis was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
